It's the old style. I guarantee you. If you want the new dpad you have to buy those special edition ones from europe. Havn't read about em in a while so I don't remember what they're called. Some soccer controller. M$ is incredibly stupid for not bringing them to the US though. I personally would sell all my controllers and replace them with new ones if they gave them a better d-pad. I never will understand how a company can just sit on a potential pile of cash without realizing that's what they're doing. I want to give you money M$! Let me give it to you already!
