As John Carmack (Creator of Wolfenstein, Doom and Quake) says, given infinite time and resources, PS3 will result in better graphical results than 360, but in a limited time frame like 1-2 years and more modest budget for a game like Killzone 2, 360 will produce better results. So please drop that so called 40% claim, total bullshit. Its pretty much the max that ps3 can produce, because no matter how powerfull the cell is, it is confined by the limitations of
- RAM (even lower than 360 effectively)
- GPU (older tech. than 360)
- Architecture (programming nightmare and not suitable for all games)
- Bluray Transfer rates
- Resources
- Time
