Change in policy towards Cuba?

This may seem like a relatively unimportant issue to most people, but I find it worthy of attention. I have for many years adovcated a change in US policy towards Cuba. It seems as if president-elect Obama shares my desire for change. He seems to advocate loosening or eliminating the travel restrictions, increased trade, and increased humanitarian aide. Hopefully, he delivers the change he promised.
