Whoa, has Square Enix finaly figured out what is wrong with all JRPGS?

Those kind of WRPG have absolute shit for storylines. I seriously hope they don't do that.

 

I'm not saying that they should try it with Final Fantasy or anything, but it wouldn't hurt to do it with a new IP.

That is fine then.

I just do not want to see JRPG become WRPG because at that point I would probably be done with gaming. Too much Westernizing going on this gen and it is getting annoying. So much first person, so much guns, so much blood and gore and not enough fantasy.

I want my swords that are 2x my heros body.

 

What if they made a WRPG styled game with a JRPG art style? Character creation, different paths, deep customization and the like but with huge swords, spiked hair etc...
