I've created a new PSN account for those who were on the old vgchartz account. The new account is vgchartz2. As I do today's update, I'll add everyone who was on vgchartz to vgchartz2. All you have to do is accept the friend's request from vgchartz2. If you still have the old vgchartz account on your friends list, you can remove it if you like.
Those who have vgchartz1 on their friends list are safe and don't need to do anything.
