I was really not into Halo at the beginning but I gave it a try... and the online multiplayer mode convinced me. It is by far the most well done, advanced system you can have on a console to play online.

Now people compare it to other game by judging the campaign and this is bs! Yeaa I'm not into the story... with those weird gay alien etc...

But I'm convinced that HALO 3 is popular for his multiplayer.

Don't forget this is the most played online game on XBL, and this is related to its quality (http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Halo3/Default.aspx?player=Sardauk)

So I personaly not agree with your statment and the fact that you already applied it to Killzone 2

See I took the same leap, and found Halo 3's multiplayer to be garbage :/ I only enjoy halo for it's campaign mode. Maybe to you it's the most advanced well done... blah blah blah to date, but I simply think otherwise. Myself and MANY other people who have been playing FPS's long before Halo, all seem to agree that Halo is a pretty straitforward shooter, with some amount of polish. And it being the most played game on XBL again has nothing do with quality >_>;;; Popularity =/= quality... It's one of the most played games because it's by far the most accessible title to play online. Everyone and they're mother (literally in some cases!) plays halo, a high userbase that owns the game is what keeps this popular, not because the game is any good.

WTF do you need to call a game good then ?

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.
