Awwwww, Victim Complex time, everyone hates Sony!

Sony has already announced there won't be a PSP2 showing their own lack of faith in the handheld's future. UMD is a dead format that even Sony admonishes as a poor idea. The PSP's software sales are virtually non-existant outside of Japan. The Console is crippled by piracy and is losing more ground than ever to the DS.

It's not hard to see where they're coming from in making this assessment. Forgive them for jumping the gun on having a headstone already to go, but they're not saying anything that the rest of the industry isn't already thinking. And as PSP, PS2 and PS3 displays in stores are increasingly condensed into eachother to make more room for Wii, DS & 360 products, its clear the consumer market is at least to some degree reflective of this sentiment.
