If 3rd party games are gonna be exclusive they should STAY exclusive otherwise, unless its a Reall REALL epic game the port will fail on the vice versa console. its been a proven fact. :P

 

 

It has been proven for a 360/PC game ported to the PS3: Bioshock, Orange Box ....

If you mean a PS3 timed exclusive didnt do well on the 360 or PC? yes, UT3 is a good example it flopped badly on the 360.
