I agree Tupac was more over rated, but he was still better than Biggie. Both are just okay.
But what do I know. I like Atmosphere and the Roots.
On a side note: It sucks being white, old, and liking rap because I always get grouped with those white guys who wish they were gangsta'.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
