I don't really know, only thing I know is the Xbox live has tons more content reguarding demos, arcade games, movies etc. But for content like movies and games we still need to buy them and in turn making money for MS. So why do we paid for a service that sony has for free with the PSN? So there must be more to it.............. both store achievements and trophys server side but one free and the others not.
