Now after all this I am not even sure if I am going to get LIVE anymore, maybe a card every now and then for who knows what, but I will never use my credit card with a MS product ever again. They are a god damn nightmare of a company to work with. They are bottom of the barrel when it comes to intelligent customer service. With all the money they make they can't even get someone with half a brain to talk to me on the other end of the line and do something as simple as cancel an account?

While I can say that my personal CS experiences with Microsoft have been quite pleasant actually, I know they can be annoying as well. Unfortunately, it is not just MS that can be annoying. Try getting billing straightened out with Verizon or Comcast or some other subscription provider. They can all be a pain to deal with.
