| Dallinor said: *Goes to count* I have the data from 19 PS3 games, Home, 6 PSN titles, 4 demos, 14 trailers, 2 music albums and one photo stored on my PS3. I still have 11GB out of my 55GB remaining. In order to reach the problem you're describing, a gamer would need to have a massive amount of content installed on their system. I would imagine those that do reach that stage would be in a very small minority who, because of the extent of their interest with the system- shown by the amount of content on it- would be the most likely group to upgrade their hard drive in the first place. |
That's your scenario - worst case scenario you own the following 8 games and a 40GB sku and you're pretty much spent for space. Actually the problem is greatly exemplified if you were an early adopter of a 20GB sku.
DMC4 – 4.83
MGS4 – 4.0
GT5: P – 5.24
Lost Planet – 4.9
Haze - 3.82
Enemy Territory – 4.2
Oblivion – 4.6
Bourne Conspiracy – 4.7
Total install size for above 8 games - 36.29GB
Installation on these games is mandatory. Forget installing for optimization purposes. Re-installing DMC4 to play again/finish at a later date is not an act done lightly with a 25 minute install time.
