because there are lots of DS gamers are casual gamers and they doesnt know too much about hacking since they are not that tech conscious. for example i got lots of female friends who owns DS but they dont know wat is hacking, they only know to play games u need to buy them.
in the other hand psp owners are normally hardcore gamers, especially guys. hardcore gamers normally will always update themselves with gaming information through media such as internet, and therefore hacking information are so much accesible to them
