again thats not the point, ps3 isn't but sony as a whole company is.
sony (columbia), sony music, and sony (TVs Bravia, Vaios, cameras, mp3 players, car stereo etc).
they are also a semi conductor company they provide technology sensors for cellphone cameras that sony ericsson cybershot range and samsung new innovate cellphone use.
as a whole they are profitable yet they could be making more profits.
