Yes, I saw it in freakgamer's profile some hours ago (wanted to checked why this guy was permabanned).
If true it's a huge surprise to me that dsoverpsp and wiiforever are the same. dsoverpsp is/was one of the nicest members on this site.
By the way: How does someone find out who's using alt accounts?
