No, it is not. It is a studio located in Tokyo and was just opened during the gamecube generation. The six teams that you mention more than likely existed before the Tokyo Studio was opened.
If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba
