Contra 4 on DS had me nearly throwing the DS in a few places and grunting in frustration when I fail to nail something that I know I need to nail to finish a level
I can't see how people would find RPG's "hard" in the traditional sense. Alot of the difficulty can be offset via grinding levels, which means if you do find something really difficult (FFX 3rd seymor fight grr) you just sod off grind off some levels come back and cake them :)
