I will let lots of things slide (maybe not), but Ashe is the best-written female character that this series has seen since Terra and Celes.

Sure, she might be well written, but she's completely uninteresting and dull. I liked the story involving her, and I didn't mind that the game revolved around her, but she was just so bland and boring.

I most likely would change my mind about her if I played the game again with a more open mind, but I really don't want to go through all those hours of battling through enemies again.
