also i totally agree with him about him saying he made the graphics and that girl super hot in that game, or way more than they were actually.
I remember like 64 games and when playing was thinking at time how insanely awesome and smooth/round and everything was. The graphics seemed amazing. Now when i put in an old game am like holy shit look at all those jaggies and everything. It's like you can count every individual polygon, lol.
Yet after playing the game for a decent time I don't notice at all and am immerced in the game. Its like those little tricks/test that have words spelled wrong or other things. And you can read the paragraph perfectly without having to stop and correct or be confused. Your mind automatically fixes it for you. The same with graphics, your mind smooths out or makes you see what you want to see. Come back here in 20 years and look at your comments you write about MGS4 or other games being praised this gen and see how amazing they are.
Play the games for how fun they are, not how pretty. I guess I'm just lucky that I can enjoy these "lesser" games. So many think FF7 is best story and amazing FF game. If it was release as is on PS3 (ff7 never existed before, lets pretend ff13 is 7) how many of you guys would miss out on this amazing game. kind of sucks for ya huh. *personally found ff7's story a bit dull and lacking myself
