Nintendo Wii -- We got this at launch and have purchased about 30 games for it. It still gets played by myself, my wife and my friends regularly.
Xbox 360 -- We got this in April of 2008 and bought about 8 games for it, mostly bargan bin. We also rented some. My wife plays it far more than I do, although I played quite a bit of Forza 2 and a fair amount of Halo 3 online. I played it a bit with my friends, but the Wii is a better social console.
Nintendo DS -- We have this and about 15 games. We got it around Christmas 2007. It's a sweet little handheld.
I will purchase whatever Nintendo makes next gen in terms of both hand helds and home consoles because there are a few franchises that I can't get an experience like anywhere else (especially Zelda, Metroid and Smash).
I may purchase Microsoft's next console, but certainly not at launch. I'll wait to see what quality of hardware they release and I will wait until there are several games I want on the system before I bite.
I might buy Sony's next console as well if it has good exclusives I want also. So far the PS3 only has one exclusive I'm really interested in, so it probably won't get a purchase from me.
