No fighting game section. PS3: The PS2 before it was the home of fighting games (DoA, Tekken, Soul Calibur), so it follows that the PS3 would be a well designed fighting game console. The D-pad certainly helps. The system is home to more traditional fighter games thanks to the controller, so the safer bet in on the PS3 when developing a game of this genre. The only difficulty is that a new franchise has to be far more creative than a well known one. Wii fighter games should be more dynamic than on any other console, not in the controls but in gameplay. Doing more things in battle and many more ways to own your opponent is a lot more appealing. I will not be surprised if Power Stone Hits the Wii |
