It is basically uncomfirmed according to IGN because Team Bondi put out an ad seeking experienced PS3 programmers while they didn't put out an ad seeking experienced 360 programmers.

However, that could simply mean that they know how to program games for the 360.
The earlier link I provided said the company's president Tom Crago said at GC Asia 2008 that the game was coming to both the 360 and PS3.
