Given the PS3's current sales position, I wouldn't call the vast majority of criticism levelled at the platform unreasonable. The third party exclusives and competitive pricepoint that were the hallmarks of it's predecessor's success no longer exist, and it's most graphically advanced title (KZ2) looks to be only minimally sleeker than Gears of War 2, which had half the development time and cost between 1/6 and 1/10 to make relative to KZ2.
Given Sony's promises and the above facts, I'd say it's unreasonable to label criticism of the PS3 unreasonable

it's clear you haven't play killzone 2, minimal is not what people and reviewers are reporting, but WAY better than gears 2.
gears 2 a game that can be done on the ps3, like UT3 ;)

I have watched high definintion direct feed video of Killzone 2, essentially the same thing, and can report that it is not a significant step up from Gears 2, and in fact falls below it in areas such as tectures (though it has superior lighting).
Outside of PS3fanboy.com, I'm not aware of any significcant publication claiming KZ2 looks far and away better than GeoW2.
