Sell it privately, or on ebay or something, you'll get a lot more money for it that way. Gamestop will offer you a fraction what it is worth then try and sell it for 3 times what they paid you for it.

My cousin sold his wii to one of his cousin's. He goes over there and play it pretty much whenever he wants, while making $300 from it (I think he threw in a GH game too). Maybe you can find a willing cousin/friend who wants it? This way you have your Wii or DS, but still have access to a PS3, in case any games are released on the PS3, that you want to play. Win-Win for everyone.
