I normally go for games, games, games before I go looking to spend more on hardware.

But since you have games which you aren't playing, I'd suggest you sock the money away for later. You can buy new games when you've had enough of what you already own (there will be more games and cheaper games at that point, after all), or you can save towards some kind of long-term goal, like a down payment on a house or retirement or something.
