Totally agree - games on PS2 & PS360 have such complex controls with so many buttons and trying to also use 2 thumbsticks at once is just to difficult. I bought a PS3 partly because of the motion sensing sixaxis but turned out that Sony and their 3rd party developers are not interested in using this feature but they would rather just make HD versions of PS2 games which use the same unusable control setup as the PS2 dualshock. As for Ports of PC games these really are best played on a PC !.
Wii is the only real nex-gen console. The PS360 are just HD versions of the last-gen they have exactly the same controllers and lotts of the same sorts of unplayable games as the last generation PS2.
Yes i will be upgrading from my PS3 to a Wii next year.
