wow first game where the resolution difference is really remarkable. The pixels and aliasing effects in the 360 version are pretty annoying. IT would be a bigger "win" for PS3 owners if this was a better game though. Eidos...

How come the first game ever where the PS3 version is actually a higher resolution, you try to pretend that "this is the first game where the resolution difference is really "remarkable.""

You sir, are simply biased, and either viewing these images through rose colored glasses, or lying about what you see.

As far as I remember, the only game that has a higher res on X360 than on PS3 game GTA IV (640p). This one runs at 576p.

On both the difference is remarkable, although TRU has some annoying effects (like he said) that GTA IV PS3 hadn't, compared to the X360 version.

The bolded part is completely inaccurate, however, I'm not here to argue with you. Just think what you want. If you care to investigate my accuracy, then feel free.

Off the top of my head, I believe Bioshock, and Soul Calibur 4(and nearly every mutliplat this gen) has a slightly lower native "just scan" resolution on the PS3.

Not that you can tell, depending on the size of your TV.

To be completely honest, I didn't even look at the pictures, or click the link. I know the poster. I'm not ignorant enough to believe him.

Strange choice of games there : Bioshock has better res videos on PS3, and Soul Calibur IV looks better on PS3. If the res is lower, then it's texture sizes must be like 10000x10000 lol. To tell you the truth, almost every game has better textures on the PS3 setting it to full RGB mode and adjusting contrast/brightness the right way.
