No they dont man. No xbox360 game will let you go online with 2 people off a same console with only 1 account. People can play the campaign as a guest in halo or gears but cant go online.

 

Uhm you can in Halo 3, the second player becomes konnichiwaBE (1) for example ^^'.

 

Holy shit...you are right. Just tried it and it works. Why the hell do I have 2 live accounts? :)
