1 game, difficult choice. Persona 4 or Valkyria Chronicles?

I will most likely be picking up the both of them, but one of the biggest things with me is how long will each of these be available? I still see plenty of P3 when I go into a gaming store, but Valkyria Chronicles is already getting scarce. I expect P4 will stick around a while too just like P3 but some people here say it may end up rare as well.

 

With both I mean get them both at the same time ^^'.
