 That was almost 2 months before the new interview. The fact he went on to say what he did to a car magazine not a games magazine would most likely mean he wouldnt make a joke like that simply because readers of the magazine might not get it. Where as if he said it to a games magazine they would.

 

 

This "new" article/interview was done back in late september. Most magazine articles are done 2 months in advance of published magazine month (1 of these months is due to magazines being printed and displayed 3 weeks before the month on the cover).  Pretty sure it is safe to assume Q4 2009 - Q1 2010 release.
