MGS4 is absolutely going to win GOTY from Gamespot. I think Fallout 3 might win at IGN because it's multiplat and will get votes from both the PS3 team and the 360 team. It happens every year with them. I think they should fix their system of voting.
By the way, MGS4 = GREATEST GAME OF EVARZ!
