Oh well, I wasn't the slightest happy or excited for this game at all. Let alone know anything about this game.
I would and could understand it, Mistwalker did Microsoft some help on providing some Japanese support to let other Japanese developers know that its possible. By the looks of the beginning of the 360 life. We saw Blue Dragon and then Lost Odyssey after those it was all Microsoft's money and its talks that got Namco and Square Enix on board.
With the help of those other Japanese developers, actually the ones that matter. Mistwalker is on the verge to sinking to the bottom. Microsoft was clearly funding or should I say helping Mistwalker through development and seeing as how "Cry On" isn't going anywhere (no new screen shots, no videos, no press info), they just gave up and no more money for this project.
Hopefully this doesn't effect Lost Odyssey 2 or Blue Dragon 2 since those were some good games, even though I haven't played the first ones yet.
