What Dryden and  Kasz216 are debating has nothing to do with my issues with LBP, which are to do with the moderation of levels so they can sell it to us instead, in a game which promotes creative freedom.  MM outright lied about allowing us to use copyrighted IPs (which is legally allowed since it is classed as parody...like comedians do as an example) right up until day of release, up to that point no beta level was deleted, they demod IP theme levels at gameshows, and even there official website was promoting a level they had in fact moderated.

 

 Kasz216 is presenting an argument about limitation on abilties and tools to create with, which Dryden is replying to.

 

I'm not overlooking those posts, they just have nothing to do with the subject I highlight flaws with.

I don't know anything about that matter, so I can't comment. I'm not one for legal stuff, and I don't know if Sony pressured MM into it due to fear of lawsuits or complaints or what. Maybe after some companies complained Sony feared losing relations with a publisher so had them taken off. Idk, like I said, I don't know how much of the legal world works and I won't claim to. lol
