Not sure there is a way to do it legitly. However, you can notify Nintendo telling them that you have important save data and you want it not to be erased. They may be able to get it back to you with your saves. My Wii was acting up a little but wasn't giving disc read errors just went back to the channels when trying to load but now it is working fine. I think I am going to order the Wii lens cleaning kit just in case.
