What are the best under 12 games for the 360?

I don't think I would let my kids play Fable 2...especially under 14.

Viva Pinata , Star Wars FU, oh and Lego Star Wars are great fun.

My son (he's 11) like a lot of games on Live, like Kingdom for kefling, Age of Booty.

Only M rated game I let my kid play is Halo 3.
