if I were you i would call them... support via e-mail is slow in accurate and a pain in the ass for both side... call them y'oull be set in less than an 1 hour if it's nothing big...
now don't worry about what people say.... you have a 1, 2, 3, 4..... 999 ring of death you are covered from the day of purchase for 3 years...
I wonder why some people still say that crap are they not informed or is some kind of anti XB buzz marketing....
no Mike B when you'll have like between 10 000 and 50 000 report of a pb related with Bioshock you'll be able to say it's related.... until then it's probably still the same problem as usuall with old XBox built
