Kameo is a pretty cool game, Crash Bandicoot is fun also. Fable 2 is a possible choice if you don't mind the gay marriages! There are the racing games from Need 4 Speed, Forza 2, Project Gotham etc. Civilization Revolutions is a pretty cool strategy game I hear. Prince of Persia is a Teen rating and its quite easy to get into (Haven't played it yet sorry) Marvel Ultimate alliance is fun, cheap and a great game to play. Tales of Vesperia is another game that sounds pretty cool (Teen) (Not PAL), along with Blue Dragon/Lost Odyssey (Both teen).
On Live theres Castle Crashers/Geometry wars 2 as good choices from live.
