Hardest Achievements in a game?

Well... I'm not an achivement whore, but people seems to confuse hard achievements with time consuming achievements.

The 10,000 in Gears of War is not hard... it's just time consuming.

Now... getting Gold Medals in all the Switchball stages... that's challenging. That is my most proud achievement...
