The difference between 360 and PS3 games graphically is minimal however I have yet to see a game on the 360 which looks as good as Killzone 2, Heavy Rain and even Uncharted. Alan Wake looks good but we have only seen it running on PC's so definitely cant say that looks as good as a PS3 game like Heavy Rain.
But graphics =/= good game, certainly does not hurt though :P
