As I said, graphics do matter to everyone but to varying degree and how much it matters increases by time as expectations and perceptions increase by time.

You're telling that as if there is a huge difference. Sound quality is almost irrelevant, and it's simply not possible to distinguish physics and animation from overall graphical quality. And there is hardly any game on ps3 that is considerably superior than 360. For every 1 game that is superior on ps3, there are more than 1 game superior on 360 (say its because of rushed ports, for whatever reason). The difference is and will never be bigger than xbox vs ps2. The only remaining aspect is AI, and ps3 can considerably surpass 360 on AI but I think there is hardly anybody out there to harness that as the benefits will not justify the extra cost for developing complicated AI algorithyms.
