Every original Xbox game I've bought since 2007 has that "0 of 0" screen. It'd be nice, but I don't see it happening. Really, the only one who'd profit from this is Gamestop. They're the only ones selling original Xbox games anymore. Microsoft wants us buying new games (and gamerscore is a HUGE motivator), not replaying the old ones. Really, I don't even know when the last time they updated the backwards compatibility was.
It's a gamer's wet dream, but it's not going to happen. Sorry.
