Assuming this is a PS3 vs 360 thread (Not counting Wii and handhelds), then:
-PS3 is unlikely to lose Japan against the 360 (They're phreaking loyal to their locals, unlike the other regions)
-PS3 has to get as near as possible to the 360 in the US (I don't think they can pass 360)
-PS3 can retake Europe, this is the region that will decide all
