Look at it in context
"In order to get to the next 20 million, we need to get a new audience of women and teens. "
it would be awfully specific for something like that to say
"In order to get to the next 25 million, we need to get a new audience of women and teens."
and would almost come off as they only expect to sell 50 million lifetime, rather than just being the next goal in a series of goals
That, and their figures are based on NPD - which hasn't counted any hardware sales in december yet.. (which is what pushed it over the 25 million mark on vgchartz)
