"I haven't found it to be too tough." is not the same as "PS3 is not hard to develop for"
If it was "too tough" it would be cancelled, but since it's still releasing for the PS3 it's obviously not "too tough"

Maybe I'll make up a quote too. "PS3 is hard to develop for, but not too tough."
