True, would never buy a TV from a non-japanese company. Although Samsung and some other Koreans seem to give them a run for their money.
On the other hand I would never buy a car from a non-German company. Japanese cars may be ok to drive in but that's it and Americans and Britains wouldn't know a good car when it drove over them.
