KOS-MOS from Xenosaga, I don't know what it is, maybe a combination of the fact that she's an android, completely powerful @_@ and like... super sexy~
Another I thought was pretty hot was Quistis!!! From FF8, I dunno, she seemed so much more humanized then any other FF character before :P Gotta love the business/teacher type of woman :D
Ayane from DOA series was always a looker ;)
