There are many games with awesome soundtracks, and coincidentally, these are often the games that shine in all the other areas as well.

-No More Heroes
-Super Smash Bros. Brawl
-Mario Galaxy
-Metal Gear Solid 3
-Devil May Cry 3 (The music may be hyperactive, but it's perfect for fighting)
-God of War I & II
-Zelda: Twilight Princess

EDIT: forgot the awesome original Paper Mario, as well as the original Metroid Prime, F-Zero GX, Starfox Adventures, Jazz Jackrabbit 2, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and SSX Blur.

All cracking games, and the soundtracks played a huge role in my appreciation.
