yes. i am not spending 900 on a system even if it shoots holograms into my eyes. That price tag is crazy.
Currently people who are less interested in photo-realistic graphics tend to own Wiis. There are always going to be people that place different values on different areas of game design. If there were not truth to both sides of the argument then we would not have both sides of the market.
I like Ratchet and Clank future: tools of destruction for similar reasons to why I like Galaxy. I personally enjoy cartoony platformers that let me escape.
Is there something wrong with not valuing realistic graphics for every game and genre?
