This would be crazy sales if it's to consumers. However, if it's to retailers, it just shows how good name PS has and how many consoles Sony has been able to ship. Maybe the software sales would give us a clue? The weird thing here is that the software isn't included despite the info is from Sony. There have been several people pissed of at least here in Finland because almost none of the PSX/PS2 games don't work on the European PS3 unless you get the 1.6 update from the net. Then it's about 60%, but the best games won't ever work. Sony has gotten a lot of other negative press too and some of it's self-inflicted. Let's see if this is.
