So you think Blizzard is going to go to console and release the most popular third party game ever released? Because that's what it would take to match sales of their recent games on the PC. And on the PC, most of their revenue comes from a $15/mo monthly subscription now which cannot be done on consoles.
And the Wii is currently the only console that could do RTS games properly -- Blizzard's strongest franchise in terms of quality-over-the-competition.
They might release a game or two on console, as they have been planning for years and years, but PC offers superior control, superior power, and superior online. And for blizzard, superior revenues. Downgrading from the PC to a PS3 would be a huge hit.
